You still check every item against the drawings, but you’re checking the count instead of doing it yourself, and that’s where the time comes back.

How it works

Upload the drawings. Start a job and drop in the PDFs as you got them: electrical, plus the architectural and mechanical sheets they refer to.
It reads the set. Sheet by sheet, system by system. A set usually takes 15 to 45 minutes. Leave the page; we email you when it’s done.
Check every item. Each item leads with its count and opens on its drawing. Mark it right, close or wrong, fix the count, add what it missed.
Price it and send. Labor hours and material fill in from your price list, with your rates, markups and job adders. Download the Excel bid on your letterhead.
