Let me put it in your guys' terms, I'm the "guy who makes apps" equivalent to someone who built a house that fell down in one week, then built another one, and then another one a hundred more times, until now, my houses are the ideal shelter for an F5 tornado. Everywhere I've ever worked I ended up doing most of the work because my colleagues just read about building houses for 4 years and then 90% of them just watched people like me do it. It takes the bare minimum info from you and then does all the thinking for you. You just focus on your work after that.

If you don't need all the fancy features and want to input less, we'll set yours up that way. If you want to still write stuff down but take pictures of it at the end of the day, as your data entry method, and still see cool reports, sure.
Whatever thing you forget the most it'll be more aggressive on those particular reminders. Keeping with the house analogy, your app will be the house a satellite can pick out of a subdivision from space.
