Sales Manager
OPENRealistic Earnings Timeline:
- • Month 1-2: $200-500 (learning + first customers)
- • Month 3-6: $1,000-2,500 (building customer base)
- • Month 6+: $2,500-6,000+ (established book)
Lead our sales efforts. Recruit reps, close high-value deals, and build a team. You keep 50% of every dollar your efforts bring in — no ceiling.
What You'll Do:
- ✓ Develop and execute sales strategy
- ✓ Recruit, train, and manage Sales Reps
- ✓ Close enterprise and high-value deals directly
- ✓ Demo our software platform to prospects
- ✓ Build and maintain key customer relationships
Requirements:
- ✓ Proven sales leadership or management experience
- ✓ Track record of closing deals and hitting targets
- ✓ Self-motivated and highly organized
- ✓ Own a computer and/or phone and have reliable internet
- ✓ Available 20-30 hours/week (your schedule)
Sales Rep

Find businesses that need better software. Demo our platform. Close the deal. Earn ongoing commission every month your customers stay.
What You'll Do:
- ✓ Identify potential customers — any small/mid-sized business (contractors, shops, law firms, agencies, etc.)
- ✓ Demo our software platform
- ✓ Close sales and onboard customers
- ✓ Maintain relationships with your customer base

- ✓ Sales or business development experience (preferred)
- ✓ Self-motivated and organized

- ✓ Available 15-20 hours/week (your schedule)
How This Works
You're Hired as Independent Contractor
Sign contractor agreement. Start getting trained on our platform. No retainer — your earnings are 100% commission-based.
You Find Customers (Your Way)
Work your own schedule. Use your own methods. We provide training, demo accounts, and sales materials to help.
Customer Signs Up → You Earn Commission
Customer attributed to you in our system. Every month they pay, you get your commission (25% for Sales Reps, 50% for Sales Managers).
Get Paid Monthly
Paid via PayPal, Wise, Zelle, Venmo, or direct deposit. When customer pays on the 15th, you get paid on the 15th of next month (after refund window).

Start as a Sales Rep at 25% commission. Prove yourself and move up to Sales Manager at 50% commission with team-building responsibilities. The more you grow, the more you earn.

Is this a real job or MLM?
This is legitimate independent contractor work for a registered US company (Built Correct LLC, New Jersey). We build real software for real businesses. Check us out at builtcorrect.com. Not MLM, not pyramid scheme.
What if I don't sell anything?
This is 100% commission-based — no sales means no pay. But we provide training, demo accounts, and support to set you up for success. If you're not making progress after a few months, we may part ways.
Do I have to work certain hours?
No. You control your schedule completely. Work mornings, evenings, weekends—whatever works for you. As long as you're finding customers, we're happy.
Can I work for other companies too?
Yes! You're an independent contractor, not an employee. You can have other clients, jobs, or projects. Just don't compete with us or solicit our customers.
How do I get paid?
Monthly via PayPal, Wise (TransferWise), or direct deposit. You get paid when customers pay (next month after their payment, once refund window passes).
What if I'm not in the US?
We work with contractors worldwide, including Philippines. Payment via Wise or PayPal works great internationally. You handle your own local taxes.
Can either of us quit anytime?
Yes. Either party can end the relationship anytime. If we part ways, you keep earning commission on customers you already signed (as long as they stay).
