Delete your account

You can delete your Built Correct account at any time, in the app or on this website.

Your Build Room account

1. Open your Build Room, in the Built Correct app (Open a Build Room) or at builtcorrect.com/build-room.
2. Tap the room's title at the top to open its details.
3. Under Your account, tap Delete account, then Yes, delete my account.

This deletes right away: your account and sign-in, the Build Rooms saved to it with their chats, and the apps built in them.

Can't open your room?

Email admin@builtcorrect.com from your account's email address with the subject "Delete my account". We delete it within 7 days and reply to confirm.

A login your company gave you

If your company's app is built by Built Correct, your company manages your login. Ask your company's administrator to remove it, or email us and we'll work with your company to delete it.

What we keep

Records a company must keep by law, such as its invoices, are kept for as long as the law requires. We may keep counts that don't identify you. See our privacy policy.
